Pricing of software and services for either the Outsourced option or the In-house installed option shown below:

Outsource Solution

  • Hosted Server- We host a secure server at our location in Southeastern Pennsylvania, and your users log in from anywhere in the world. The data and application are backed up nightly. Your users are given User ID’s and passwords for access.
  • Location of Application- All functions stored on server are hosted by Scherrer. You install a Thin Citrix layer on PC client. Easy to update and maintain.
  • Volume Desktop Support- Supports from 1 to 10,000 users. Easy scale-up architecture. Easy to add and remove users. Internet access.
  • Java Servers- Managed at Scherrer location.
  • Server Database – dBase or MS-SQL, Oracle, Sybase, Informix, for extra fee.
  • Set Up Fee- $100 per user, plus $1000 for firms with more than 50 users.
  • Ongoing License and Maintenance- Monthly fee Based on level: Web Ally Gold Level- $59, Portfolio Level $69
  • License Minimum Duration: One Year Minimum

In-House Solution

  • Host your own Web Ally with assistance from our installation team and trainers. We can help you set up a web server to centralize data and software management on one host server at your location.
  • Choose your desired Ally Level to obtain Features of Gold, Portfolio and/orWeb Ally for team selling and group management.
  • Installation Support Services: $1400 per day plus expenses.
  • Training Services- $1200 per day plus expenses.
  • License fee: Gold Level: $29 per user per month, Portfolio Level-$39 per user per month.
  • Telephone Support- $220 per caller per year.
  • Custom Software Development: Billable based on rate of technician needed.
  • License Minimum Duration- One Year Minimum
